Sculpture studio and contemporary expanded practices

The Laboratory "Sculpture and contemporary extended practices" covers the complete and supervisory teaching and research needs in the cognitive subject of sculpture, utilizing a variety of expressive media and modes of representation. Its aim is to contribute to the shifts in sculpture, both in theory/criticism and in practice, through practices that address the sculptural object, performance, space and context, and site-specific works, putting a wide range of media and concepts under constant negotiation.

The Laboratory is institutionalized according to Official Gazette 5157/05-10-2022, vol. B.
